Processing Set up

Our processing department is well equipped  with the latest processing and graphic software installed on high end work-stations from HP and IBM.

The Photoshop PSD files are processed in our own tailor made software ‘PICTOREAL’ to provide variety of Lenticular effects viz 3D depth, Flip, Zoom, Morphing and Twist.

The Xerox Docucolor 242 running on Command Fiery 4.5 Rip produces true to life and calibrated proofs for both Offset and Lenticular printing.

This department is also equipped with the latest large format printers (64” Format) from HP and Epson using the best ripping software like Kodak Matchprint Pro and Onyx Poster Shop 7.0.

Finally to image the processed files onto the Thermal CTP Plates, the department is equipped with a world class Kodak  CTP system with a Dell Server & gecko 85 T plate processor, capable of producing 10 Micron dot at 9600 DPI. It gives a hourly output of 22 plates with the help of Prinergy PDF based workflow for imposition and outputting 1-bit tiff and also CIP3 files for presetting the ink-keys on Press. The Rip is included with variety of screening options including the Staccato screening.

Quality Control Setup

Our quality control department is capable of checking most of the raw materials with respect to paper, plastic or chemicals required in the prepress, press and post press. The QC department is equipped with Paper GSM tester, pH meter, conductivity meter, hydrometers, alcometer, dyne pens, ford cups etc. On the shop floor the Xrite SP-62 spectrophotometer guides the printer in maintaining the constant LAB values for any substrates, paper, plastic or metpet.

Printing Set up

We are having state-of-the-art, advance printing machines from Heidelberg – six colors, interdeck UV and online coater with end of the press UV and IR dryers,  where in we can print on any substrates such as specialty paper, metallized surface (Metpet or foil board), plastic surfaces ( PVC,PP or PET) etc with finishing options like gloss, matt or drip off effect

We can print on a variety of substrates which stands out visually and includes specialty papers, metallized and Holographic foils, Lenticular Sheets, PET, PP and PVC., This is complemented by variety of surface enhancements like lamination, UV varnishing, hot foil stamping, graining, embossing etc.
Finishing set up

Our in house finishing set up includes the state of art cutting machines from  Polar and Perfecta .
Folding, Stitching, Section-Sewing, Carton folding and Gluing machines, Off-line anilox coater with UV and IR dryer, die-cutting, embossing , foiling and lamination machines

Converting Equipment

We are having the top of the line Paper and Plastic Roll to Sheet converter machine with online corona and variable cut-off system.
